Dahlia Shopping FAQ’s

Once an order is placed, we cannot change or cancel an order. NO exceptions. If you’d like to add additional items, please place another order.

Shipping starts after April 15th, weather permitting.

We do not combine orders/shipping. NO exceptions.

Please check your tubers as soon as you receive your order. Please open them and check them to ensure they got to you in satisfactory condition. Contact us within 2 days of receipt for any issues regarding your order. After 2 days, the buyer assumes all full responsibility for the tuber. We cannot be held responsible for customer negligence, improper storage, weather and growing conditions, which include pests & diseases.

We only ship in the US (except Hawaii and Alaska).

Shipping & Handling is $15 for 1-4 dahlia tubers and $20 for more than 5 dahlia tubers.

All sales are FINAL.

On Farm Pick-Up

Farm pick up is available to our local flower friends on April 12, 2025 (Saturday) between 10 am - 12 pm only at our farm in Enumclaw. There are no other dates available at this time. Please ensure you are available to pick up. Detailed info will be emailed to you after the purchase or before the pick-up date.

 

Our Virus Protocol

We cull plants as soon as we sign of virus.

We sanitize our snips in between plants during harvesting and dividing tubers.

We cannot guarantee virus free stock as we cannot control the environment they grow in (they grow out in the field).

We do our best to mitigate pests and diseases and pull plants as soon as we see signs of viruses.

We are also inspected by the State of WA Department of Agriculture during the growing season to ensure that our crops are of free diseases and of quarantine pests.
